Welcome to the PWN of the Princeton Area! We are a newer PWN, started in September 2018 – we look forward to area alumnae joining the groups and activities in our second year, and we welcome new volunteers!

The next meeting of the PWN Book Club will be Tuesday, March 10, 7 pm, We will read Interpreter of Maladies by Jhumpa Lahiri who is currently the director of Princeton's Creative Writing program. The meeting host is in West Windsor. To get on the email list for Book Club, and for information on the location of the meeting each month, contact Sara at the email above. We generally meet on the second Tuesday or Wednesday of each month.
In April, we will join the PA3 Book Club on Thursday, April 30 for a special meeting with Lydia Denworth '88, the author of Friendship: The Evolution, Biology, and Extraordinary Power of Life's Fundamental Bond -- watch for more information here and on PA3 events.
French Rendez-vous is an opportunity for casual French conversation and instruction led by Brigitte, a native French speaker. These resumed on Thursday, February 6, 6:30-7:30, for Beginners, but newcomers are still welcome!. This will likely meet the first Thursday of each month. RSVP to Brigette if you can attend.

As part of the celebration of 50 years of undergraduate coeducation, there will be special Alumnae in the Arts events at the Lewise center in early April. Friday, April 3, 8 pm is the opening night of All Her Power: The 50th Anniversary of Undergraduate Coeducation Theater Project and on Saturday, April 4, 4-6 pm alumnae artists present a special Alumnae Arts Event, a showcase of alumnae visual and performance art work! Some ideas for activities this year include a Panel celebrating 50 Years of Undergraduate Women on Campus, Wine Tasting, AR Workshop DIY project, Sip and Paint, Cooking session, and suporting Princeton women's athletics. If you'd like to lead one of these, or have ideas for other activities, we welcome your involvement and suggestions!
