Diversity Discussion October 2, 2019
Princeton Diversity Discussions is our series of friendly and inclusive gatherings supported by the
Association of Black Princeton Alumni (ABPA), Association of Latino Princeton Alumni (ALPA), Asian
American Alumni Association of Princeton (A4P), Princeton Association of New England (PANE),
Princeton Club of San Diego (PCSD), Princeton Area Alumni Association (PA3), and Princeton Club of
Chicago (PCC). We have been featured in the Princeton Alumni Weekly (PAW):
https://paw.princeton.edu/article/alumni-action-talking-about-race
Open to *everyone* (affiliated and not with Princeton) that would like to discuss race-related issues in
person, we invite alumni, students, staff, family, friends, and everyone you think is groovy to join us! So
far, we have teamed up with the Duke Black Alumni Association, Harvard Women in Design, and the
Harvard Kennedy School's Women's Network to co-host discussions. Hosting involves no financial
commitment, only a commitment to selecting a date in the calendar and to choosing a restaurant that
the host digs. You can find us easily at our gatherings because we wear Princeton, orange, and black
apparel.
Please join us at our inaugural Princeton Diversity Discussion in Princeton, New Jersey, on Wednesday,
October 2, at 6 pm, in the meeting room of Shanghai Park restaurant in the Princeton Shopping Center,
301 North Harrison Street #33, Princeton, 08540, https://www.shanghaiparkrestaurant.com .
Attendees pay for their own meals; people are welcome to come and just join for the conversation,
without eating too. Please bring cash if you can since the restaurant has a limit on credit cards per
gathering. RSVPs are not required, but may be sent to jkorn@alumni.princeton.edu
To join our Princeton Diversity Discussions email list, please email Princeton Diversity Discussions
Founding Director Jenny Korn at jkorn@alumni.princeton.edu.
