Brett Lunger '67 is one of the few Americans to have competed at the highest levels of international motorsports. He drove in Formula One from 1975 to 1978. In 1975 he was teammate to world champion-to-be James Hunt. In 1976, he was one of the drivers who stopped their race to drag Niki Lauda from his burning Ferrari during the German Grand Prix. This promises to be a fascinating look back at racing in the 70s, a period when the risks were far higher than today (12 F1 drivers were killed racing during the decade).
Registration is via the link above. Brett asks that you provide a brief summary of any motorsports or "hot car" experience you have. You may send these to president@princetonaaa.org.
