Description of Event
This 45 min- 1 hour class will focus on the basics of charcuterie board making. Lead by the head cheese monger and manager from Olsson’s Fine foods, Michele, this class will take you through various cheeses, charcuterie items as well as accompaniments. Michele will also guide the class though any questions they have about cheese and she will give history and fun facts about cheeses.
This class is interactive and lead via Zoom. The class materials will be available for pick-up a few days before the class and will include pre- cut cheeses, sliced meats and other accompaniments including crackers, olives, fruit etc. Materials cannot be shipped. Michele will lead the class through making a charcuterie board that you can enjoy later (or during the class) with your favorite beverages.
The class is $50 a person and includes a Palm leave platter, (for $10 additional a wood cutting board will be included).
