Culinary Chemistry - The Science of Cooking

Sur La Table on Thursday, March 24th from 6:30-8PM
The event will include a hands-on cooking demonstration and creation of personalized pizza and chocolate soufflé guided by the expert chefs at Sur La Table. While you cook, we will explore the enzymes, proteins, and culinary chemistry that makes our food delicious!
To support the cost of the event, the 30 pre-reserved spots will be $29 total for both food courses and cooking demonstrations, a coffee bar, and an optional knife class (altogether a $70 value)! You may also feel free to bring your own wine to enjoy during the event!
