2. Bucheron - France. This is a medium soft pasteurized goat cheese. Texture is crumbly and the flavor is slightly salty and earthy. Ideal pairing with Gouguenheim Malbec Rose Sparkling.
3. Ossau- Iraty- Basque Country. This is a firm and mild cheese based on sheep milk from the Pyrenees. Slightly sweet with nutty and herbal flavors. Ideal pairing with A Lisa Malbec 2018.
4. Primma Donna - Netherlands. This is a hard and firm texture cow milk cheese and pasteurized. This cheese shows spicy aromas along with fruit-driven and nutty flavors. Ideal pairing with Aguijon de Abeja Cabernet Sauvignon.
